You are responsible for ensuring that any items you purchase are legal to buy, possess or import. We will not issue a refund for or re-ship any order or part-order which is seized and/or destroyed by local authorities.
Customs fees, duties, taxes and any other associated charges may vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be liable for any additional import charges incurred by the buyer and payable to local authorities or agents.

If an error is discovered after an order is placed, we reserve the right to inform the buyer and allow them to choose either a full refund or fulfilment of the order based on the corrected information.
We source our products from a range of suppliers and manufacturers. Where an item is not specifically described as being of a particular brand, or when a branded product is unavailable, we reserve the right to supply an item of at least equal quality and function which may differ from the product image or brand shown on the website.
We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from the website at any time. We shall not be liable to anyone for withdrawing any goods from the website or for refusing to process an order.
All orders are deemed to be an offer by the buyer to purchase pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and are subject to acceptance. We may choose not to accept an order for any reason.
Payment in full is required before any order is despatched. Orders with only in-stock items will normally be despatched within 2 business days. If any items ordered are not in stock, we will normally despatch the entire order within 7 business days. Dispatch times may be extended during busy periods or under exceptional circumstances.
If we are unable to despatch the entire order within 14 business days (except special order items or items with a specified lead time estimate), unless separate arrangements have been notified the buyer will be contacted to discuss options..
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The buyer is required to notify us of their intention to return items within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise the cost of return is the buyer’s responsibility. Returns of special order items, bulk orders and B2B sales may incur a restocking fee.
The placing of an order through the website will be deemed a full and conclusive acceptance of these terms.
