Shipping
We aim to have orders of in-stock items ready for dispatch within 2 business days. If any items ordered are not in stock, or for large orders, we will normally dispatch the entire order within 7 business days. Dispatch times may be extended during busy periods or under exceptional circumstances.
If we are unable to dispatch the entire order within 14 business days (except special order items or items with a specified lead time estimate), unless separate arrangements have been notified we will contact you to discuss options..
Transit times vary and are beyond our control. UK orders are typically delivered in 1-2 days. Eurozone delivery takes 5-7 days, North America 5-10 days, and Rest of the World 10-15 days. These cannot however be guaranteed.
Orders are shipped in plain and discreet packaging. For International shipments we are required to attach a Customs declaration including contents and value - this will be truthful but as generic as possible. If necessary please contact us to discuss before placing your order.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Local restrictions may apply. Please check before ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for items seized and/or destroyed by local authorities, or legal issues resulting from purchase or possession of prohibited items.
For international shipping, some items ordered in box quantities may be repackaged to minimise package weight and/or volume. This is to reduce both shipping costs and environmental impact of transportation.
Import duties, taxes etc. for international orders may vary and are the responsibility of the buyer.

All UK orders over £20 value are sent with tracking and/or delivery confirmation. International shipments are fully tracked and insured (where available)*. Some heavy and/or bulky items may incur shipping surcharges (specified on individual product pages). These are in addition to standard shipping rates.
Please ensure you provide both a complete email address and contact telephone number, as these may be required to assist our delivery partners.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding delivery charges). You must inform us of your intention to return all or part of an order within 14 days of delivery. We'll also pay the outward and return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), otherwise you will need to cover the cost of returning the item(s). Some returns (e.g. B2B sales) may incur a restocking fee, set at 20% of the original order value excluding shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
