How it works

• Register an account, or use your existing account. In the 'Company Name' field, enter your Professional/Business name.
  
  
• Verify your credentials by emailing proof of your Professional status to info@medfetuk.com from the email address you used to register your account, or use the contact form. (In most cases a link to your website or similar is all we need)

• We will send you a personalised code to redeem your Tier One Discount, valid for 3 months.
  
  
• Place an order (minimum £50) and enter your code to receive your discount and move to Tier Two.
  
  
• A new code will be issued with your Tier Two Discount.
  
  
• Place further orders at least every 3 months to increase your discount level up to the maximum (Tier Five).
  
  
• Reach Tier Five to receive 20% discount and free delivery on all subsequent orders. As long as you place one order for the minimum amount within the 3 month validity period, your Tier 5 code will remain valid.

MedFet Professional Terms and Conditions

1. The MedFet Professional scheme is only available to bona fide professional users of our products who have verified their credentials.
2. The minimum order value to redeem a discount under the scheme is £50 (exclusive of shipping).
3. Discount codes are valid for 3 months from the date of issue. An order must be placed within 3 months to remain in the scheme and/or reach the next Tier. Once your discount has expired you will need to reconfirm your credentials and apply to rejoin the scheme at Tier One.
4. Codes are non-transferable. You must be logged into your registered and verified account to use your code.  
5. Certain items may be excluded from the scheme. This will be noted on the relevant product page(s).
6. Only one discount can be applied per order. Other discount codes may exceed the value of your MedFet Professional discount level.
7. Free delivery is provided via Paypal refund or store credit against future orders.
8. The Free Delivery benefit is not available to customers outside the UK. International customers maximum benefit level is Tier 4.
9. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the scheme, terminate individual membership of the scheme, amend or withdraw the scheme entirely, at any time and for any reason.
10. These Terms are supplementary to the MedFetUK general Terms and Conditions which apply to all orders.
